In context of Intelligent Connected Vehicle and centralized E/E architecture, focus on intelligence software on vehicle computing and control platform, define innovative development processes, build software architecture, direct software development, and provide related consultancy to internal and external customers.

在智能网联汽车和集中化电子电气架构的背景下，关注于车辆计算和控制平台中的智能软件，定义创新型开发流程，开发软件架构，指导软件开发，并为内外部客户提供相关咨询。

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Lead definition and implementation of innovative development processes for on-board intelligence software with cross domain characteristics.

领导定义和实施具有跨域特征的车载智能软件创新型开发流程。

2. Lead development of software architecture for on-board intelligence software on vehicle computing and control platform

领导开发应用于车载计算与控制平台上的车载智能软件架构。
3. Direct development of on-board intelligence software on vehicle computing and control platform.

指导开发应用于车载计算与控制平台上的车载智能软件。
4. Provide consultancy to internal and external customers about software engineering, processes and architecture and etc.

向内外部客户提供关于软件工程、流程和架构等方面的咨询。

Requirements 任职要求：

5. Master degree or Phd in computer science, software engineering, electronic engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent.

硕士或博士以上学历，计算机科学，软件工程，电子工程或汽车工程等相关专业；

6. Deep knowledge in software engineering and 8+ years of field experiences.

具有软件工程方面深入知识和8年以上相关开发经验；

7. Experiences in software team lead or project lead.

具有软件开发团队管理或项目管理经验；

- Experiences in cyber security or automotive EE architecture would be a plus.

- 具有信息安全或汽车电子电气架构经验者优先；

- Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.

- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

- English written and verbal.

 英语听说读写流利。
